The Rotary Club 0f Lisburn golfing members returned on  Friday 11 June after a very successful week at the Annual St Andrews RIBI Golf Event.

President John McIlroy won the Trophy as the leading qualifier over the two days, and Captained the Ireland Team International team, which contained two other Lisburn members, Liam Mc Cartney and Patrick Coyle.

Patrick Coyle also won a trophy for the best score on the second day.

Babara Black wife of past President Rowan won the ladies prize for the best gross score.

Unfortunately the Irish Team Captained by President John and with three of the  six members from Lisburn, were pipped by the English Team by one point.

Jim Matchett captured the weeks events on camera and these can be viewed available on the website Gallery. Colin Suckling gave moral support.
